Calling the Ken Nunn law office was one of the better decisions I have made in life. Two years ago, I tripped and fell as I entered a building in the city of Bloomington. I sustained significant, life-changing injuries. At first I was reluctant to file a tort claim, but my son who is an expert in building codes, immediately drove to the sight where my accident occurred and found the access to the building was in gross violation. Since I had sustained significant facial wounds in addition to multiple bone fractures, he encouraged me to contact the Nunn law office. Mr. Nunn himself contacted me as soon as he received the message. The next day, Rom Byron, one of Mr. Nunn’s attorneys contacted me. He was very kind and understanding and put me at ease, explaining what my rights were and what their office could do and would do for me. Most significantly, their office staff, especially Courtney, was patient and efficient, keeping me updated on my case every month, allowing me to contact them any time with my concerns or questions. I was given open access to both the office staff and my attorney. I can’t adequately thank Attorney Byron enough. He is a very skilled professional—possessing great communication skills with both me as his client, as well as with the attorneys representing the property owner. If you would need to file an injury claim, I would definitely recommend this office.
