Emailed for a consultation, got a call back from Vaughn. He proceeded to, cut me off and not listen to have I have to say. He was very rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend him at all. If he doesn’t believe there’s enough money in it for him. He doesn’t care at all about you or what you need help with. I will never go to him again or never recommend him to anyone.

Attorney was very unprofessional. He sat on evidence for over a year without concern for our case. Tried several times to speak to Mr. Von Walmsley with no return call. When the attorney showed up for mediation he stated "remember you trying to get me in trouble?" We stated we weren't trying to do that, only trying to understand why you would sit on evidence. He responded " you never show your hand, I'm good at that!" Ultimately, he didn't fight for us in mediation. Our case was settled because we fought for it but didn't get much and they took OVER half the funds. Charged over $400 in postage, etc because he got his feelings hurt. Highly discourage using them.

Unprofessional, self centered, entitled behavior, to put it into kind words.

Staff is great. But what we were told in the beginning is not even close to what we ended up with. Wish I would have done my research first. Not the right choice for my son's case.

They DIDN'T Help Me with my Case at all that was the WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH MY WRONGFULL DEATH SUIT EVER. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD GET ME 7-11 DIGIT SETTELMENT AND I ONLY ENDED UP WITH $5000.00 DIDN'T HELP ME WITH MY CASE AT ALL. IT WAS JUST HORRIBLE 😭😭😭😭🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Vaughn Wamsley represented me when I was 19 years old. He actually showed up while myself and my cousin were in the hospital and started pestering my mother to get me to agree for him to be my lawyer. The calls were constant until he asked to take me to lunch to discuss my case. He chose Mcdonalds. Very classy, Vaughn. I signed because I didn't know what I was doing and imagine that the calls stopped. Anytime I wanted to know the status of my case I had to call him. This held true for about three years. It is my assumption that Vaughn never actually looked at my case because what he told me I would be receiving in a settlement did not even come close to what I actually received. I was surprised to no end to discover that Vaughn would be receiving more than me for simply sitting on my case and then pushing settlement paperwork down my throat. In the one meeting I had with Vaughn, in his office. He is telling me that this settlement is my only option to get any money out of any of this and to have my medical bills covered (Lo and behold, after doing my own research, at 19 years old, there was a very clear avenue to take to settle for higher if it went to court, but Vaughn couldn't be bothered to find this out for himself.) I still refused to settle because at a certain point it seemed like the morally appropriate thing to do. Lets go to court and make this man at least put in SOME amount of work for the money he is going to end up with, even if I get less. However, With the encouragement of my mother and Vaughn telling me he'd be glad to give me $2k of his 20k+ portion of the settlement because he "liked me" I signed and have regretted it ever since. This guy is an ambulance chaser. I find this line of business morally repugnant and I am appalled by my experience and the lack of character that he displayed. I was emotional during our one meeting in his office and he sneered and smirked at me, confident that my dismay would have no impact whatsoever on his bottom line (money). At one point, in the middle of my settlement, having twice met me in the hospital and at our luncheon (again, mcdonalds....) Vaughn showed up to eat at a restaurant I served at. I went to say hello and shake his hand..... he didn't know my name. I should have known right then. Don't use this man. Find someone else who asserts them self as a christian but makes money off of the pain of others. Edit: And see their response below. If you think Vaughn Wamsley cares about you as a client, keep in mind that my above review was not enough to stir their memory and remember who I am. The reply is a common tactic and morally bankrupt tactic. Get a negative review? Deny you ever did business with the reviewer in the first place. Edit: Per their request, I emailed Vaughn Wamsley. Got a letter from what, to me, appears to be written by one of his employees but does include a lovely "THIS EMAIL IS FROM VAUGHN WAMSLEY" notation at the top and bottom. Got one email, responded in kind, and haven't heard back in three weeks. Probably because there is no money in it for him.

I'm glad to read that everyone has had a great experience with this firm. I guess I was one of the unfortunate ones they could not help. I felt belittled in some sort when some questions was asked and I guess my answers were not good enough. I was in a horrible accident that could of cost me my life and the life of my child. Under went surgery, was on very strong meds that interfered with my memory not alone I slept almost 2 weeks straight on these meds after surgery so now that I'm up and trying to get myself back together, I get a call from the law firm and them asking me all these questions. Then they ask me how old am I like I didn't understand the question they had just asked. I did my own investigation on my own case but you all couldn't figure certain things out. Thanks anyway, my God is all I need and he will make sure I'm taken care of. This is not to be taken as a bad review. I do appreciate the little time you all took to work with me. I just think communication could have been better.

This guy is quite a joke.. My mom got into a accident and he did the same another guy said. Came to the hospital while she was sedated trying to get her to retain him. Until I walked into the office and asked him to leave.. In my opinion I would do research and find a smaller firm office.. He just wants money.
