Bryan won my case based on some very specific legalities and his knowledge of other Supreme Court and appellate court rulings. I was ready to give Bryan a 5 star glowing review before my case ever made it to trial anyway, win or lose. Bryan was very transparent from the moment I called him to the end of the trial. He explained every step of the process and made me aware of everything, big or small, that was happening in real time. I would recommend Bryan to anyone who needs an attorney for just about anything. Thorough, knowledgeable, easy to work with, aggressive (in a good way), and honest would be just a few words I’d use to describe his work. Being fairly nervous having never been through the court system, I’m confident I made the right choice and I would have said the same regardless of the outcome of my case. He gave me a fighting chance the whole way and he never backed down.

I would send anyone to him in the central Indy area (anywhere in the state for that matter…..especially any high level case). The higher the profile/seriousness your case is, the more you will want him on your side versus any other attorney out there! He’s a fantastic uncle & a phenomenal defense attorney. PLEASE READ: IF YOU WANT TO WIN YOUR CASE, CALL BRYAN COOK NOW IF YOU WANT A FIGHTER IN THE COURTROOM!!!! Attorney Cook got a subpoena for Indiana Dept of Toxicology records showing abnormalities in my test which made the results unreliable as testified. Attorney Cook found an amazing toxicologist who basically SMOKED the STATE'S toxicologist who claimed results were reliable. Cook tore up the primary officer who he caught in several lies and was super aggressive questioning the integrity of this officer. I don't understand a lot of terminology, courtroom lingo, etc. I'm a DIABETIC, this case is very unique. BRYAN fought to get evidence of my dangerous blood sugar levels and the chromatogram of my test. The STATE seemed to just want to win at all costs, and he fought all day for me! I thought I was watching a movie! Attorney Cook would be looking at papers at times and you would think he wasn't paying attention and he would all of a sudden catch the STATE or a WITNESS pulling a stunt and object. Best of all, he would inform me what was happening step by step. He would explain the language. We won! All 3 counts against me. Jury came back in 34 minutes NOT GUILTY! This included their dinner time. I cried, very emotional. I was so happy I finally received my day in court as all AMERICANS have the right to. My favorite was his closing! He spoke to our CONSTITUTION, my RIGHTS and exactly why this system was put in place. He was recently quoted on another case in the New York Times, Newsweek, and USA Today. I needed a FIGHTER. This guy is a powerhouse and he saved me from JAIL. I really enjoyed our time and he is on my Christmas Card List for life. I recommend anyone in a criminal situation to call ATTORNEY BRYAN COOK!

During the height of 2020 racial unrest I was racially profiled and charged with a crime on the basis of my skin color. Bryan vigorously fought the charges, presented the evidence and refused to give in to pressures from the prosecution to accept a plea though they had no evidence of a crime committed. We walked away with a not guilty ruling and justice served. Though this should have been a dismissal from the start, Bryan did the research of past cases and forced the judge to consider his arguments.
