I was in a motor vehicle accident on my way to a work conference in December 2021 which lead to a broken wrist which required surgery to repair. I am so thankful for contacting Dan Calhoun to take my case. The woman who caused the accident was uninsured and my company’s car insurance tried saying I was not covered under their uninsured motorist policy since I was a passenger. Dan quickly changed their opinion as far as that was concerned. Then after my first surgery and numerous rounds of physical therapy my original surgeon released me from care but something was not right. My index finger would not straighten so Dan fought with work comp, who was saying I had been released by my doctor and could not return, to get me more care. I sought a second opinion and had to undergo a second surgery. Through it all Dan had my back and fought to make sure that not only did the insurance company not blow me off like they tried saying there was not coverage, he ensured that I received the proper medical care needed when they tried delaying my care numerous times. In the end we were finally able to settle the case for a hefty amount that I would not have been able to do without all of Dan Calhouns Help.

Robin has a strong legal mind and cares. When working with her she took a personal interest in our case and you can tell she felt personally invested via her words and actions.

Mr. Calhoun and his firm are very much about their business. They do what they say they are going to do. They keep good records and even work when its not normal business hours. He has a very good memory. I give them a five star rating. Personally I began paying him fees to get my a license clean up in 2019. I fell into a hardship and lost contact with for 2 years. In that time he continued to work my case, paying out of his own pocket for tickets i had in collections and so forth. When I finally recovered from my hardship, he never asked for a reimbursement of the tickets he paid and was genuinely concerned with my hardships and how he can help. He's very down to earth and fair on his prices. On a scale of 1-10, I give him a ten and will be referring him to any friend in need of a great attorney. 💯 I have nothing bad to say about him what so ever. He does great business and I am very grateful to have met him and to have had him as my attorney! 👍👍💯💯💯
