Had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Kinkade and Associates. They really listen to your concerns, answer any and all questions, and help you to feel hopeful about a fresh start financially and doing things differently. I had a lot of medical debt I couldn’t take care of on my own and each step of the way was explained to me patiently. Could not recommend them enough if you need financial freedom and are considering bankruptcy. Thanks Kinkade and associates !

My bankruptcy was a challenging 5yrs however Mr. Kinkade and his staff made the process a little easier. My calls and emails were answered promptly and brought to a resolution in a timely manner. I was always treated with courtesy and patience.

Bankruptcy is a difficult event to go through. But Mr. Kinkade did a good job on our bankruptcy process to get us through the 5 years. I hope to never have to go through it again, but I would use him again if I did.
