Joe was immensely helpful with my disability case. He and his office kept in touch throughout the long process of appealing. When there was an issue with my back pay he even continued to work on my case pro bono. Without his help I would probably still be waiting for social security to process my paperwork. I would definitely recommend Joe to anyone needing a disability lawyer!

All I can say is that I knew I couldn’t work. It felt like my life was falling apart, and I was losing everything financially. I didn’t know much about SSD and certainly didn’t think my situation would qualify. However, I was told to call Joe Wambach, because if anyone can help you, it’s him. So, I called him. Let me tell you, Joe IS absolutely amazing!! He was extremely patient and kind throughout this entire process - which I could NEVER have done alone or without Joe’s team!! He was very thorough - I knew exactly what I needed to do (keep track of appointments, med changes, etc). Joe’s knowledge and expertise is the best you can find! He will guide you step by step all while insuring you have the strongest case possible!! I knew Joe and his staff had higher standards and truly cared about ME after my initial phone appointment. That standard of high level service and care never wavered!!!
