Joshua Hutcheson is the most incredible and sincere lawyer I have ever had the honor of meeting and having represent me for my jury trial. He defended me with everything he had, he looked out for me when the law turned their back to me, he was there anytime I had a question or needed him for anything. Johnathon Danks is a great attorney and I am glad I retained him. Unfortunatley, there's only so much an attorney can do when the opposing party continually abuses DCS to alienate me from our children; mother has filed 4 reports within 1 month removing our children from my home, and now I'm having to defend my family from the Vigo County prosocuter, based on the mother's allegations. I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Danks represent me through my hearings. There's a long road ahead, but I certainly you read this and know that I've appreciated all you've done. Thank you! Hired them for my divorce and got walked all over by Jonathon. So many things went wrong on the hiring day I said I’m hiring someone so I get my fair share in the divorce, to be able to get my son, to keep my vehicle. My ex had the billing info and refused to give it to me so I asked Jonathon to get it for me, I have 15 emails corroborating my allegations, he kept saying he’s working on it, 4 months later yes 4 my vehicle gets repossessed. I lost probably15-20k by that. So I asked for half of my money back which was 5k I asked for and he sends me a letter quitting me. He refused to to answer calls, he didn’t file a qdro form now I have to hire another attorney to do that. I cannot speak on the entire firm but for Jonathon I can say that was the biggest betrayal and he literally did nothing for me. I’m posting my last correspondence to which this is what he quit me for.

Jonathan Danks is amazing. He made our custody case easy for us with his confidence and expertise. He is very knowledgeable and prompt. I couldn’t recommend him or Danks & Danks staff enough! They made a stressful time in our life a victory.
