Scott Danks “represented” me in my early stages of divorce. He told me I would be savings thousands of dollars since he charges a flat fee and not an hourly rate. He would rush me thru any in person meetings or phone calls. I had to remind him which case I was each time we spoke. He never wrote anything down. He advised me to settle for far less than the minimum Indiana Parenting Time guidelines when I told him I wanted 50/50. He did nothing for me besides taking precious time and money. He may have been a great lawyer at one time but was far from great with my experience. Icing on the cake were the multiple wrongful bills I received after dismissing him from my case.

I got in trouble 2 nights before I had to lay my 22 year old son to rest (heart failure) and a friend called Sarah while I was locked up with no bond. Couldn't see a judge until after the funeral. Sarah, without talking to me got me out in time to attend my son's services. Then comes the court date. They made an offer which I thought was good and she said sit here I'll be back. I will just say if I am ever In trouble again, and I pray I'm not, I'm calling Sarah.

After my case was presented by just whispering in the young est Danks ear. The Psychiatrist dragged my personality through the mud. I spoke for 30 seconds. The judge said good luck as I move on to my next in life's journey. I taught by my retired lawyer but I wrote everything because I am a writer and reader of non fiction. Thank you Mr Danks and Ole.
