I have a disabled child and my child has an IEP with IPS. I had questions about my child’s rights and the school’s responsibilities. Attorney Thomas Blessing provided legal advice in a timely matter and now I can proceed with a case management conference. Mr. Blessing also reviewed by child’s IEP and shared his legal opinion with me. So much appreciated!!!

I called Tom Blessing after getting his name from a friend. My oldest son is special needs and I needed assistance resolving school issues. Tom was quick to respond, began working on our case immediately and communicated throughout the duration of our case. I hired Massillamany Jeter & Carson for a divorce matter. LaToya assisted me with my divorce, which involved children. It was a very stressful time for me and LaToya was great in making sure I was well informed of any updates, my rights and was very responsive. She was very compassionate and very professional. I filed for divorce in September of 2019. I tried to inform the attorney what she was dealing with, but they failed to help, or recognize the severity of evil that was headed our way. It should've been simple. There was no retirement to contest, savings or any money. There were no children and we were married less than a year. I was charged thousands! I'm guessing in excess of $10,000 and NOTHING got resolved. I have since had to retain another attorney. I would NOT recommend this company at all, unless you enjoy getting fleeced with zero results.
