Robert Gevers knows the law and is a genial, fair-minded man. He's definitely someone to have in your corner. Update: I sat in jail for 6 months while he did nothing. When I asked for an itemized bill and refund, I had to have my new lawyer intervene to get it. At that point he refunded the entire amount which shows that he did literally nothing at all while my son was growing up without me. If you have a big case and a lot of money, hire this man. If he asks for less than 10 grand, he will act like you aren't worth his time.

Mr. Olinger represented me in a case I had in superior court. I was more than happy with the outcome and would strongly recommend him as a defense attorney. He worked hard for me as a client and did so at a fair and reasonable price.

This guy won't return calls, doesn't provide copies of filings, lies to clients when he says he filed a motion, doesn't show proof of anything so he can't be held accountable. Do yourself a favor, save a headache and find a better attorney. Jon better never cross my path again. Complaints have been filed with the Disciplinary Commission also.

Have been dealing with a very difficult situation for 10 months due to my children's mother being on drugs. Jon has been a life saver, he's been doing family law for decades and knows the ins and outs of the CHINS court room. I can truly say that Jon cares, this wasn't about money for him, he truly showed investment in my case where I feel other lawyers would of taken advantage of me for monetary gain. Jon had my back through all of this and I got the desired outcome I was looking for. If you want an attorney that cares about you and your situation and not just how much they can charge you I would highly recommend Jon Olinger.

Please go check Better Business Bureau complaints and rating of F before hiring anyone at the law office. I believe Jon Ollinger deserved and earned his F rating based on the complaints. I definitely give an F for FAILURE to this law firm based on my experience with Jon Ollinger. I filed a complaint with The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission. I also requested an investigation to be launch against this law office. I recommend people to seek counsel elsewhere besides here.

Worst lawyer I've ever seen. Didn't call me back until a couple days before court, told me he had the wrong number for me even though I had called numerous times trying to get in touch with him about my case and left my number every time, didn't know I was getting out of jail when I did or any of the details about what was happening next, told me he would get me much less of a punishment than I got which was the whole reason I paid him. This guy didn't fight for me at all. He told me the reason I got the punishment that I got was because the word gun was in my police report so the prosecutor wanted me to do some kind of time but when I was arrested there was no gun. Seems to me that would be something pretty easy to fight. Don't waste your money on this scam artist who drags his feet and has horrible communication, you'll regret it if you do. I went to jail over some signatures for the people in my home not being signed on time and he didnt even try to get me out of it even though I could have had it taken care of a couple hours later and he didnt inform me that it had to be done until a few days before court and those people had to work. A waste of money.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. If you are thinking about hiring this attorney to represent you, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware and do your research. Over $2600 dollars spent on this attorney was a waste of money and time. I feel he tried to get as much as he could for doing as little as possible. All I want as a father is what the law states I'm entitle to as a father, fair visitation and time with my kids. The child custody case is ongoing so I had to hire another attorney that I feel actually cares. However, this is not over with. I had to file a complaint with The Disciplinary Commission due to his unethical practice such as releasing my entire case file to a family member (my mother) without my permission. So much for attorney-client confidentiality. So much more has occurred. The comments about this law office lack of communication was also proven to be true in my case. Please do your research about this attorney before hiring him. Based on my experience with Jon Olinger and staff, hiring him was one of the biggest mistake of my life.
