If I could give ZERO stars, I would. If you are thinking about hiring this attorney to represent you, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware and do your research. Over $2600 dollars spent on this attorney was a waste of money and time. I feel he tried to get as much as he could for doing as little as possible. All I want as a father is what the law states I'm entitle to as a father, fair visitation and time with my kids. The child custody case is ongoing so I had to hire another attorney that I feel actually cares. However, this is not over with. I had to file a complaint with The Disciplinary Commission due to his unethical practice such as releasing my entire case file to a family member (my mother) without my permission. So much for attorney-client confidentiality. So much more has occurred. The comments about this law office lack of communication was also proven to be true in my case. Please do your research about this attorney before hiring him. Based on my experience with Jon Olinger and staff, hiring him was one of the biggest mistake of my life. Jon is attentive and caring. He fights hard and gives his whole heart.

Non-responsive to any communication (calls, emails, portal messages). Paid my $1000 fee and $187 filing fee up-front for my divorce agreement, yet the divorce was never filed until over a month later. Than drug his feet on completing the terms of the divorce agreement. Took over a week for the signed agreement to be filed with the courts. Now over a month post-divorce, we find out he never filed the proper paperwork to have a child support case to be opened. He doesn't even return the calls of the child support office. I thought I made the right choice due to him being up-front with me and explaining everything to me but I was mistaken. I wished I would have gotten legal assistance elsewhere.

Jon represented me in my divorce and helped with another legal issue after my divorce. In both instances, I considered fortunate to have Jon in my corner. I highly recommend the Law Office of Jon Olinger!

I have dealt with a lot of lawyers. This place here is a joke if I ever seen one. My husband has paid in full . But yet nothing is done. I was told I word get paperwork 2 and half months ago. When you call you just get a run around with this office. Please do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. He doesn't call back or even do the things that should be done. In my eyes he is worthless, not a even close to being a good lawyer. Advise you to get a different dont waste your money or time. He doesn't respond to calls or give you a call back and its been 5 months. Useless and needs to give up being a "Lawyer" thanks

He won’t return my calls. He doesn’t care. Made me pay 3000 up front. He hasn’t done any work. My ex wife’s attorney doing All the work. I tried to fire him but he’s won’t call me back. I’m filing a complains with the board.
