Bart Arnold use to be a good lawyer, he use to do what he said he'd do . Now once he has your money you can't even talk to him on the phone. He promises one thing and delivers another, sometimes nothing. Don't waste your money or time on this guy . He's gotten too big for his britches! If you want a lawyer look somewhere else...

Was in communication with them for setting up a payment plan to resolve the issue. Offered to back pay from the last phone conversation, but in return I asked for some kind of documentation stating the agreement of the terms.... after asking for documentation the automatically denied a payment plan. I'm glad you have a fast response to your Google review. But not to clients.

If you're ever in a spot of trouble and need an attorney to represent you, I highly recommend Bart Arnold. Bart is straightforward and will do everything within his power to ensure his clients get what they need. With that though is doing your part as his client and communicating with him to keep him in the know with any and all information you can provide him. Bart will go above and beyond to secure the best outcome possible and while everyone wants something, as he mentioned to me, that may not always be the case but he will get you what you need.

Never return my phone calls/vm. Wasn't able to start a payment plan due to the attorney not being in office or calling back. I showed up to every court date, paying my fees every month & the garnished my checks

Very rude young lady answered. Told me over the phone " I don't need your little story so just tell me what you want". Very unprofessional. I never even started to explain the legal issue to her when she cut me off lol. Horrible impression on this lawfirm when an impatient person is the first to answer the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! Didn't do a thing for me, but get my child support LOWERED! My ex husband was supposed to be the one to pay the attorney fees, because I was on disability and he was the one who took me to court to lower his support. Now, seven years later I'm getting my check garnished. Don't ever use these attorneys!!

From the front office personnel to Mr.Terrill and his colleagues, this law firm was the right choice for me as at the time, I called multiple firms for legal counsel. After speaking with Mr.Terrill I knew right then he was going to be my lawyer. He really listened to my concerns and he gave me advice and made me feel positive and confident in my for my fit life. You can tell Mr.Terrill cared about the details and knowing how important it was for my future. We were able to come up with agreement and he did a great job doing his part.
