This Firm is amazing! I should have been facing serious prison time for a 3rd DUI which i am terribly ashamed of and Jeffrey Terrill worked magic! He drove a whole county away countless times to all my court dates! He arranged everything! He kept me informed on everything going on step by step! They could have given me 14 years for violating my probation, filing the habitual substance offender charge, and my new DUI!!! After alot of hard work on Jeffs part and getting me into peace counseling, he found loopholes in his lawbooks that most attorneys dont even know are in there and got my charge dismissed!!! I cant speak for eveyone in this practice but Jeffrey Terrill is a true badass!

They refuse to work with you. They issued the settlement check incorrectly, divorce has been over for more then a month! The customer service- has left the building, they are not timely and I’m very disappointed in there business practices.

Everyone I refer to Tim Stucky has only joyful and grateful responses afterwards. Other attorneys seem to respect him when he comes up in conversations. It's a pleasure to continue to refer him to people in need with this type of feedback.

I couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding performance of Dana on my case. She not only won, she relieved me of my fear that no parent should have to experience. Many prayers and thanks to Dana and this law firm.

Jeff Terrill made me plea guilty to a crime that he knew I was not guilty of. He had watched the video that was said to be me and from the video knew it was not me. He even went as far as to tell my wife that he had watched the video and told the prosecution that he would have no problem convincing 12 jurors that it wasn't me in the video (Because it was not me)! I had given Jeff a $1,500 retainer and my wife (who was pregnant at the time) would continue to make weekly payments because, I was in the county jail awaiting trial. My wife was not behind on our agreed payment when Jeff watched the video. Towards the end of her pregnancy she began to gave complications. The Dr. Put her on bed rest and told her she had to stop working or lose our son. Soon after she could not make the weekly payments Jeff showed up to the jail telling me that I should take the 3 year plea bargin. Even tho it wasn't me in the video Jeff tried convincing me that there were other people that were going to say I did what I was being accused of. I told him I needed to go to trial because I was innocent. After the 2nd time being taken to the courthouse and refusing to take a plea bargin, Jeff told me to call him when I got back over to the jail because he was going to talk to the prosecutor. After getting back up to the "block" I first called my wife like I always did. Only this time she was crying hysterically. She said "I talked to Jeff and he said that if you didn't take the plea that the prosecutor said they were going to arrest me!) Arrest you for what! I said. . "I don't know, probably for the same thing they arrested you for".. I knew that I had been arrested for something that both Jeff and the posecutor knew that I wasn't guilty of. Yet there I was an innocent man, locked up and being asked to accept a plea. If I wasn't guilty, they knew it and weren't letting me go, what would stop them from doing the same thing to my pregnant wife?!? We got off of the phone, I called Jeff Terrill, I told him, "I'll accept the Plea if they promise to leave my wife alone. It was the same afternoon that I was taken back over to the courthouse to sign the plea bargin. After reading the initial plea, I told Jeff "if I sign this I will be committing another felony for lying". He took the plea, went out of the courtroom with the prosecutor, they reworded parts of the plea as to my part in the crime and brought it back in for me to sign. I can understand that if I were unable to pay him anymore that he wouldn't want to put the time in for a trial. What I don't understand is why he wouldn't simply say something to the judge and either get me a public defender or ask the court/State to help pay the bill rather than take advantage of the situation and of me, an innocent man. It is my opinion that Jeff is a sell out. He cares more about the dollar than the life of an innocent man. If he didn't care about doing what was right for me, he isn't going to care about you. Run as far as you can away from him or your life might be the next one Jeff Terrill trades the prosecutor for a better deal for a higher paying client.
