It was quite the wait through my case I had some domestic violence allegations that weren’t true but nick was firm with his approach on how to attack the way to handle this and he very much did and I got everything dropped and dismissed. Honestly if you’re an individual that wants a strong and aggressive lawyer to help you get through stuff should definitely look into getting with nick Wallace to be on your side for the absolute best outcome in any case.

Personally I don’t recommend they were recommended to me by the bar association. It was an employment case long story short they missed the right to file date which was in October and paralegal sent me out paperwork that following January. When I contacted them she stated they couldn’t take the case anymore that’s when I found out what they had done. Then the blame was placed on the paralegal for not going thru her daily tasks properly.

I’m pleasured with Kevin Ann kindness an my paralegal Gwen even when I feel I annoy them with questions if your looking for a attorney weather it be a employment law issue, civil rights issue general litigation look no other than Meyer Smith Wallace you won’t be disappointed Chris is just like me an you an he never forgot were he started thankyou again to everyone at the firm who continues to excel expectations everyday an take care of us clients ……Respectfully……Mr.Bradley

Not professional at all....AVOID AVOID AVOID
I Lost 2 years of my life, sent 1000 documents to 3 different paralegals asking for exactly the same documents for nothing at the end.
Spend time , money and stress... This is all I win.
They didn't study the case. When I ask : do you know the story and what's happen" the lawyer was not able to answer
....When you came in the office, children are playing around... 🤦🤦🤦

I felt more than once that I wasn’t their actual client. Then after a very long time they cut a replacement check and instead of the value I signed for they retroactively “found,” another fee their office “forgot,” and took it from the value. When I asked for the signed document I had to make the request several times before they produced it. I did file a formal complaint about this but we are in Indiana court and I’m a minority. I’m skeptical anything will come of it.
Outside of this egregious flaw in character and ethics, I also felt the whole experience was about intimidating me to achieve a quick settlement for easy cash. I did not feel like justice or principle or my case actually mattered to them.
If I had to do it again I’d have insisted on a trial though multiple times over the course of the case they leveraged my anxieties and threatened to abandon my case.
If you’re disabled at all I’d encourage finding an ally to interface with them so someone is actually watching out for you. I’d say to find another lawyer but the state of Indiana being what it is I’m not left with great confidence there are any better options.
They did stick with me until the case was resolved despite the threats of abandonment and I stuck with them through what I felt was apathy and disinterest. Aside from the value they took after the fact they did achieve something and if they hadn’t taken the additional funds I’d have been a lot more willing to accept this is just how it is in Indiana. Comparing the results to national averages I received less than ten percent of what most case of my nature win.
Their taking more felt dishonest and was a surprise as it occurred two years after the original check and not a single word was mentioned about it until after the replacement check was cut.
If they pay you anything, RUN to the bank to cash it so they can’t retroactively change what you signed for like they did to me.
