Worst experience of my life, trust me, go elsewhere! Don’t say I didn’t warn ya!

My wife would not talk to the paralegal when she wanted to talk to the lawyer. They couldn't handle it so we gave up unfortunately.

I originally called in to help my mom as she was being badly harassed at her job and treated very poorly. I was originally transferred to a lady that was very very helpful! She was happy, upbeat, and hopeful. I made the mistake of not taking her name down. I called in on another day to speak with her about something else. The front desk lady almost sounded defensive about me trying to speak with this lady again. It was a very negative feeling. She did give me an email of someone, but it was not the right person. On the day of the meeting, I accompanied my mom to her appointment. The attorney, Eileen, came out to greet my mom. She informed us that at first only mom mom could go back for confidential information, but then I could come back. My mom wanted me with her in case I remembered things and would be able to remind her if she forgot. Eileen never did allow me to come, and instead left me waiting in the waiting room for an hour. After my mom finished, she expressed that the hope and confidence she originally had about having a case was gone. This attorney was rude, and disrespectful. My mom said that she would be trying to tell more information and the attorney would just start talking over her. When the attorney would pause, my mom would continue with giving information, and the attorney told her “ I wasn’t finished talking, I was taking a breath. It’s very rude to interrupt, and the judges here in Fort Wayne do not tolerate it well either.” Had I been in there, we would have walked out right then. She stole the confidence and drive my mother had only an hour prior. If they didn’t want to take the case, they could have easily said that they weren’t taking cases or that it didn’t interest them and I would have looked elsewhere. The attorney said she would contact my mom tomorrow, or if not, my mom could call the following business day. I’m sorry, what? If you, as an attorney, are not confident and eager to take a case, why would you be entrusted to win a case? If you do not instill confidence and hope in a potential client, why would you even think you would be hired? If you don’t enjoy your day job ( obviously) find another. The only great thing I can say about this office was the original lady on the phone. She sounded like the blonde girl next to Chris’s office. Blonde girl, you deserve a better environment that shines like you! I would never recommend this place.

I was referred to this office by a friend. I called to talk to Attorney Christopher Myers about a case I wanted to pursue. The woman that answered the phone was unprofessional and rude! I called back a day later and left a message for Attorney Christopher Myers with the same rude woman who answred the day before. She rememberd me because I called her out on how unprofessional she is. So I doubt that Attorney Christopher Myers ever got my message form the website, or the message I left with this woman to contact me concerning my case. Day number 3 now and still haven't gotten a return call back..... So to anyone considering this office dont waste your time!! Staff is Unprofessional, rude, slow, and unresponsive. Who needs, or wants those kind of qualities in an office when searching for an attorney to represent them. I deffinately would not recommend this office, or any of the Attorneys that work in this office. Based on how rude the staff is. I'll more than gladly take my business, and money elsewhere.
