Nick Wallace has represented us in two different, but related Grandparent visitation court proceedings. I found him to be patient, helpful and truly willing to listen. Both proceedings ended well for us; and we are truly thankful. I do not hesitate to recommend Nick for any family representation need you may have, especially involving your visitation rights and wishes as grandparents.

Don't.
Find someone else unless you're willing to wait for months for replies and then wait forever for your won settlement and then be told it will be this day and the next and the next.
Some people are homeless from corporate fat cats not doing their jobs right.

I went to Parkview behavioral hospital and told the security that I was going to commit suicide. They did not let me in so I drove my grandfather's car into woodview nursing home. We settle for 23,000. Parkview had it set up to not transport patients after hours for years . They saved a lot of money because they did not pay anyone to transport. They wanted me to pay for all damages in the agreement. Before we settle I met with my attorney david frank who worked for Christopher Myers. When I met with him at the office. I noticed a man sitting in the corner attempting to hide his identity. David kept the Door ajared so the man could ease drop on our conversation. We talked about my case and he told me that if i went to trial that he would take 100k. When i went to settlement conference. The judge mislead and implied that if i went to trial i woukd lose because she said that our jurors where more conservative. After we settle two men came out of the room walking at a fast pace with a folder or paper by their face attempting to conceal their identity. Thats when i noticed that the same guy that i noticed who was sitting in the corner was Parkview's attorney. I also found out that my attorney gave a statement to out of town press without me knowing. In that interview they concealed the where it happen by printing that it happened in fort worth indiana. I filed a claim for fraud, while the case was undergoing someone at the northern district court house was altering the transcripts so it looked like i prevail for a different cause of action. I wasnt able to prevail because I was without counsel and I am mentally disabled. I suffer everyday because of this. The courts allowed the wrongdoers to gain and looked at the victim as the bad guy. Parkview saved and I'm estimating between 500, 000 or more for not having to pay someone to transport. I don't even believe that Parkview reported the incident to DOJ when it happened. P.s I revised the previous statement. I also forgot to add. That when I filed the claim. I did it pro se. I didn't know anything about the law. I put I believe 5 entities on one paper and one of them was against the social security administration. At first the judge stated that I didn't state a claim for anything I said, but in fact I it did. If the internet wasn't available I wouldn't had been able to amend the complaint to where it was impossible for the judge to say that it didn't state a claim. As a pro se litigate all you have to do is state what happened and it is the court job to State the violation. My cause of action stated a claim, but it took me to state the violation which was the Emergency medical labor treatment act. In my eye. The judge was attempting to obstruct justice. Then a attorney who was an employee for the social security administration was a attorney on my case with David frank. Her name was skyler spurling Newsome. I believe that was a conflict of interest. They deprived me of " due process", and they made it impossible for me to obtain counsel after the fact. Recently I got a letter in the mail from social security stating that I waived my right to advance designation of representative payee, which I did not do. I believe they try to do this because in law I read that if a person who is disabled and under guardianship, any contract that they sign is void.3 Stewart v. Parkview... Stewart v. Christopher Myers, Parkview Inc, Bloomberg. I pray to the most high To fight my battles and seek vengeance. You just never know what God has in store for these ppl.

Steer clear! Check the office reviews closely. Much miscommunication. Wallace claimed he DOES give his cell number out, but secretary states totally opposite, that he NEVER gives it out.Just one example of horrible communication. He took $2500.00 first time he heard my voice on the phone for a wrongful protective order. I was calling to speak to Mrs Smith, not Mr Wallace. The wrongful order placed against me was 11 LONG MONTHS after “the incident!” The protective order was merely to silence & remove my 1st amendment rights, only after hearing I was going to finally expose THE TRUTH, after years of being silenced. Other ex-employees tried to speak at council meetings also, but always shut down. I kept standing, so the punishment became more severe & resulted in unfair protective order. Nowadays victims get “punished.” Someday that will change. Being silent & silenced about abuse in a govt workplace is wrong. Nowadays there’s punishment for telling THE TRUTH, which I will always do, no matter the money, the punishment or the power.
I had enough of poor communication from Wallace. I called trying to get my $2500.00 back, as I never signed ANY agreement. When he finally did call me many weeks later, the caller ID came up as my Post Office Number. That’s very odd.
Keep searching for another attorney, unless you have unlimited amounts of time, cash & patience. I strongly agree with other reviews regarding very poor communication.Paralegal extended this potential case unnecessarily, without even telling me, until after she canceled. Had I known, I definitely would’ve shown up on actual court date. He ignored my numerous attempts to reach him, just to milk it out & keep my $2500, in spite of not wanting him as my lawyer & not signing anything.
If you or others are a whistleblower wanting justice, my experience/my advice is go elsewhere. Telling the TRUTH nowadays is almost forbidden & unheard of. Someday there will be justice for whistleblowers regarding abuse, but unfortunately nowadays it seems typical that the victim appears as the perpetrator.
As far as my wasted $2500.00, if Wallace needed it that badly, then so be it. What’s in the darkness, eventually comes to light. Also it’s legal to leave reviews on 3 separate websites. That’s not harassment, as sites are available to everyone, in order to give their experience.

I feel that the office of Myers, Smith and Wallace team are dedicated to helping me with my employment discrimination issue. They are trying hard for me to have justice with my case. He did take 50% though!
