I lost my husband in a motorcycle accident, and subsequently contacted Mr. Boughter. Mr. Boughter was very understanding and sympathetic-and made the process as simple as possible for me. Through extensive discovery and research efforts, all parties with possible responsibility for the accident were vetted and narrowed from 12 to four. A wrongful death suit was filed, and after two years it was settled this week. We went through a mediator, so the difficult, emotional jury trial was avoided; I am very pleased with the outcome.
