I was in a pretty bad accident back a few months ago and was recommended by a friend to give Robert a call, I'm glad I listened. I had a personal injury that involved a product purchased at a local store in Fort Wayne. When I contacted the store, they referred me to the manufacturer of the product, when I contacted the manufacturer, they referred me to the supplier of the goods for the product. Upon contacting the supplier, they said they were not responsible, because their product had been altered by the manufacturer. Everyone felt someone was responsible, but no one was assuming the responsibility! I was not planning on using a lawyer, but this situation was becoming extremely time consuming and frustrating. Consequently, I reached out to Boughter Sinak and had the opportunity to discuss my situation with attorney Kenny Sinak. Kenny assured me he could assist with this case and took over dealing with all the different parties involved. He had to work with three different insurance companies in three different states--a task that would have been very difficult for me. He handled the entire situation, and I no longer had to deal with the various organizations. Kenny was a pleasure to work with--always professional and always giving me updates on the case. Several times, while in his office, his partner, Robert, came in, and Robert always showed the same caring that Kenny exhibited. Needless to say, Kenny obtained a settlement for me, and I was able to visit the office to pick up the check and have the opportunity to see Kenny and Robert's wonderful office one more time. My wife and I were in a serious car accident that took over two years to settle our case. First, we tried to work with the Insurance Company because we had no lawyer. We were going to physical therapy and getting care from our family doctor.
