Laid back honest friendly lawyer will tell you what to expect from your case and what not to do. Tell you the price of services upfront no hidden fees unless you wait 2 or 3 days to give him the information he needs for your case. I highly recommend this lawyer and the location is awesome

Super easy experience was really nervous at first, but they took care of everything. Super happy with my results.

I worked with Foy for two years. The odds were very much against me. His reassurance once retained and his skilled professional communication to explain what is legally complex, to understandable, set me somewhat at ease. He was very direct professionally in possible options process/outcomes with the evidence and I was or always reminded of that. I had a strong sense I needed to fight my case and I needed Foy to fight it. And Foy did. Communication was exceptional and always an email or phone call away if I had a question or a more in depth understanding of a process/strategy and/or court appearance by both Foy and Marie(Paralegal). Mr. McNaughton did an excellent job in representing us. His fees were quite reasonable given the amount of time that was necessary to resolve our issue.

Was grateful for Mr. McNaughton's help but had trouble reaching him on many occasions. I would leave a message for a question or concern I had and would get no call back. And the final papers were not filed properly. What should have been over in May was not until October. His staff was very friendly, helpful and apologetic.
