He falls among the least satisfactory service providers I've ever encountered. If you're in dire need, you might consider giving him a try.

I’ve been working with Mr. mcNaughton since April. Initially, he was able to schedule my initial consultation promptly where he was direct, to the point and able to provide me with reassurance and reasonable, possible outcomes. Throughout the court process, Foy kept in constant contact with me via email and phone calls where he handle every process, plea and outcome with professionalism. The overall outcome was not what we had quite been hoping for but that was no fault of his own and rather the court system. He gave me adequate options throughout and guided me through the process fully. I had complete confidence in Mr. McNaughton from day one and I would recommend him to others because of this.

I hope he says he never represented me lol horrible lawyer. Kept giving me plea deals they were giving him but wouldn’t tell or show me any evidence they had on me.. why would you sign a plea without seeing evidence? Feel like as a lawyer you would want to see what they have on your client first

He did the worst job handling my divorce. I had a prenup and should have been as simple as 2nd grade math. He did everything wrong and gave me false advice and did nothing. He allowed my ex to keep EVERYTHING of mine and did not fight for me. If you are a woman I would tell you to stay clear of him.

Did a great job on a Over Weight ticket for a semi we got. Was very effective and very happy with the outcome. The only improvement would be communication either by phone or email.
