Eric is a first rate person and lawyer.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep looking for another attorney you don't want this attorney to represent you , your family or friends. This attorney price gouges his cases, he will tell you that everything is going to be horrible unless you hire him . The deals he makes with the court aren't anything special, in fact, you could hire someone else alot cheaper. This attorney will work harder at price gouging and scare tactics than he will on your case.

I have used and referred people to Eric for over 20 years. He is an excellent family law and criminal defense lawyer. Not once has he failed to go the extra mile for either myself or anyone referred to him. He is very reasonably priced for the effort he puts into each case. If you are need of a a highly skilled and knowledgeable attorney, I highly recommend hiring Eric for your needs.

Do not hire this attorney. I’ve seen similar reviews to what I’m about to describe but I made the mistake of not looking at reviews before hiring him. He was friendly at first but tried scaring me into hiring him or it could end very badly. Once I got into his office he was short with me almost rude. Believed the other persons story which had not one bit of proof. Tried to scare me some more while face to face and continued to look down on me and believed the other persons story, rolled his eyes a couple of times while I told my side. Then he proceeded to gouge me with his $1500 fee to write one letter! Take this as a warning stay away from this attorney.

I have used Eric for many different occasions. And not once has he let me down or the people I have referred him too. I highly recommend Eric to anyone. If you want an attorney who will work for you this is your guy.

I feel bad leaving a 2 star review, but I am not sure how else to rate my experience. Linda never called or emailed me, everything was done via mail. Whenever anything was sent from the court or the other party I had to pay for Linda to read the letter, forward the letter to me, type a response, then mail the response to court and other parties. This process was very expensive. If I wanted to talk to Linda, I have to schedule an appointment at around $300/hr. She would not just make it a 5 minute phone call. So after almost $20k with the firm I was left with worse case scenario. I had opportunities to settle which would have yielded better results, but Linda never advised me to do so. I was looking for results and I received none.

He tries to make everything sound horrible like if you don't hire him you're screwed and that's not the case at all. He is not an honest attorney and over charges
