My husband and I worked with Mark Hatfield after we had issues with our new home build and our builder wouldn't properly rectify our issues. We went all the way through arbitration and the outcome was favorable for us. We would never have recovered even 30% of the arbitration judgement had we just tried to settle the matter through negotiations with the builder. The team then helped put together the necessary documents that will ease the burden on my children. On another visit they made quick work of a Quit Claim deed.
