My husband and I used Van Valer Law Firm for our estate planning. The lawyer and his team were so well prepared and organized and answered all of our questions on a sensitive matter. We were so impressed that we referred four of our friends and they used their services, as well.

Sent me another persons personal info about a case because they were either too lazy or inconsiderate when changing names on templets, i'm sure the complaintant and the defendant didn't expect that kind of unprofessional approach to a very delicate situation , will post photos later when i have time

Horrible.
Lawyer that I got did zero and was always gone when I called him .
He was on vacay more than he worked.
Never returned calls, emails or text concerning my case.
He took my money,
4,000 and never did jack squat.
Had to get another lawyer at a different firm after wasting 6 months, and money

Tom Vander Luitgaren did my Trust. I had a question about the trust so I called him and left a message in his voicemail. He responded with an email. And then he charge me $81. I would not have asked a question if I knew he would bill me for it. I would not go back to him again.

Started out great by providing a demand letter for work to be done on a rental home from a slumlord, but refused to go to court for an unlawful eviction that occurred after the demand letter was received by the rental office. I would not highly recommend this law firm
