In a very emotional and difficult season, Joe Nugent and Nancy Jachim walked with me through this Disability journey on all levels. Disability is a very complicated, emotional, and technical issue to address. I cannot say how much this Nugent Law group helped me navigate it all. There was so much I didn't know and they were priceless. Even with the teary phone calls trying to navigate my new normal. I highly reccommend seeking their counsel and their expertise. Disability navigation is not for the feint of heart!

Joe, his paralegal Nancy, and staff all worked diligently to make sure I received my SSDI benefits due to my serious medical conditions. It took some time, which social security does take long to process, however; I was approved on first filing. The whole process for me was under a year. I know some people it is shorter, and some people longer, but Joe and Nancy were in contact with me and worked hard for me with every step. I don't think I could have done this on my own. I am so thankful for their help.

Ken and his team are outstanding. Any time I have a question, I am able to call, email or message and get a timely response. My case ran into some issues at the beginning after it was filed, but they were resolved by Ken and his team. He will fight for his clients. I will never consider another law office for my needs. I also like that I was able to do everything remotely. If anyone ever needs their services, I highly recommend giving them a call.
