Attorney Nugent has been amazing since I have a struggle to get on the right day of the calendar and then I missed an appointment within days they filed for my disability

Finally got my SSDI. Very knowledgeable who was very clear on explaining every step of the way

I spoke to the lawyer once he was very nice and detailed. I called the office several times, making sure that my information was uploaded to see if I was eligible to file for a 7 after my documents were reviewed. Several messages were left. Every encounter after speaking with the lawyer was with the receptionist she was very short. Eventually, I started to feel like I was a bother or annoyance. I was just trying to get some questions asked. Eventually, the receptionist told me I wasn't able to file a 7 . I honestly didn't like that I wasn't followed up with after reaching out several times. This firm seems extremely busy. I would not recommend it.

I really appreciate all the hard work that Mr fugate put in to my case to get it resolved. His staff is very professional and very friendly. I got numerous phone calls and emails about updates of my case. I would recommend this law firm to anybody. Thanks again for all of your hard work. It certainly doesn't go unnoticed.
