Took my case, then dropped it shortly before ssi hearing. Very unprofessional.

Its a long process but they were always nice, respectful, and did a great job.

I thought it was a good firm but i had to call them for updates and when i got the deision i was thrown to the side and we didnt even appeal the deision i got a letter stating they were done didnt really do to much anyway i did all the leg work in the begining

I hired Hankey law from the start of my case. They were helpful at every step answering questions. I wish I could of had more contact with the lawyer at times but the paralegals were always willing to answer what they could. The lawyer did a great job handling the case in court. I recommend hiring Hankey law if you have a social security case.

Did everything myself the filing of my claim for social security disability faxed everything to the social security office. The Hankey Law Office did nothing for me or my case they didn't have to represent me or even appear in court. I was approved within seven months and was not denied. Said they would refund or give most of there fee back to me because they did nothing for me. I'm a disable veteran homeless and living in transcendental rehabilitation housing for veterans since I had my stroke in Jan. 5th of this year. But they didn't refund anything back to me they kept the fee even when they didn't earn it!!! Pretty sad and dishonorable to take advantage of a disable veteran!!!
