They were very helpful with gathering information, and always answered my questions in a timely manner. The lawyer did a great job of prepping me for my hearing!

I am hopeful this will turn out better than I believe. Extremely hard to contact a "case administrator" when you have questions. So far, so bad. More to come.....Contacted with a hearing date this week. August. Still have not met a lawyer after 2 years. Concerned. More to come....Attended administrative law review on 8/8/18. Personally, it went well and my lawyer was the bomb. As of 10/21/18, I have ZERO clue. Corei is a fabulous advocate. As of 11/8/18 ( 3 months ) I have no decision and no contact with my "law firm". After upwards of 4 years into this , it borders on insanity. Given all that, while "patiently" awaiting an ALJ decision, I think the case administrators make or break these cases. I suspect they are over worked. In my case, I am quite happy with my lawyer ( so far ). Update later as appropriate. Update: SUCCESS!! Fully Favorable decision! Kudo's to Corei Helmer and her staff for a job well done. Waiting on the government is difficult. Waiting in pain is madness. Peace.

This was the worst choice I could have made. The lawyer was basically unfamiliar with my case. At the negotiation she spoke very little, I did most of the talking. Overall, I was completely unhappy with the service. If you need a lawyer consider another team.

Provided no information what so ever and told me I would have to find out what I needed to know on my own. There advertisement makes no sense!

NOT RECOMMENDED! Hankey Law office never followed through on my case. I had to call the case manager at disability myself. And, Hankey treated me very badly, like I was a nag for calling them to inquire about my case. This office is lazy and they do not put in any extra effort or treat you like an individual person. My lawyer would not give me advice, she would ask me what I wanted to do, well that is why I was hiring a lawyer! Worst experience and I lost my case over them

After 3 long years of waiting, I finally had my judicial review. I might as well not of even had an attorney. He literally sat there like a duck, and did not represent me at all. It was a video judge to begin with, which is not recommended, and a few weeks before the hearing I came in to the office for a briefing, which was a complete waste of time! Nothing was discussed except for what I already knew, that questions were going to be asked about my claim. I figured that out already😊 being as you know, where I was. After it was denied instead of receiving a courtesy call, I get a letter in the mail stating they are no longer representing me since an appeal would need to be filed now. Three years invested with their firm, and booted just like that! No call whatsoever. Real professional😏 If you are planning on filing, I highly recommend finding another law firm! I can't count on one hand how many attorneys hands my case went through. Every time I called about my case, someone new was assigned to it that knew absolutely nothing about my specific case. Do yourself a huge favor and hire an actual professional law firm if you want your case taken serious by serious professionals. This law firm does not care about your well being, and will drop you like you've never even existed..for 3 years.
