Update 5/2019: Down to 2 stars. I never got an answer OR response for my time sensitive issue. Shortly after my August update my husband and I had his case transferred to a solo attorney who was absolutely fantastic with communication (which I believe is very important in any legal issue!) With her we were successful and his case is over, but if my husband had left his case with G&S and had an issue at his visa interview out of the country I find it hard to believe they would've been able to help us. The fact is that after 3 calls and voicemails over the span of 12 weeks to 2 different individuals he could've been stuck for weeks or months just trying to get in contact with the people we paid over $6000 to help us. Update 8/2018: We are still working through our immigration case. Communication with them has been awful and I'm tired of it. Phone calls get returned maybe 1/2 the time. My husband will leave a voicemail and not get a call back so after a week I will leave a message and finally talk to them, or vice versa. At one point I also sent 2 paralegals/assistants emails and they weren't returned for 2 MONTHS. One eventually called us and said she was on vacation... From what I understand she is no longer with them. Our current issue is I called almost 6 weeks ago. The assistant said she would have to talk to the attorney to provide an answer. Never heard back. I called again four days ago and the next woman said she would also have to check with the attorney. Still waiting on a time sensitive issue. This firm is helping families with issues that will shape their entire future. While everything has been approved thus far communication should not be this difficult and stressful. Older: After two years of working with them through this long process it has overall been a good experience so far. Knowledgeable and answer any questions I have.

Husband went to get his green card, when he want to Mexico we had a problem and I needed to get a long birth form. His lawyer never answered the phone never returned my phone call had to take off work to go down to office to see her she was of no help. I was told my husband would only be there for 4 wks 6 at the most. Also his lawyer called me the e day my husband got his tracking for his Visa that she checked the status and it said still processing... I had just got off the phone to my husband maybe 5 mintues before she called so I know she was lying because he had already got the tracking for his visa. So I don't think they even care as long as you pay the money. He was down there for 3 months, and when he came back up here his lawyers haven't called not once to see if he was able to get back up here. He has been here for 6 months now.

I was in this office few times! They where working on our FAMILY GREEN CARD! I am surprised reading this reviews! Everybody was so nice,friendly,professional,helpful! They are the BEST!
