Too much inconsistency. My paperwork somehow gets misplaced. I end up calling and tell them what Im missing. I call them so they email me my file and no luck.

Never responded to my emails. Took over 2 months to get my question answered. Would not recommend the staff makes you feel you are wasting their time in person.

The staff there seem like they don't like/want to do their job. Every appointment I had to wait over an hour to be helped. When I asked why it was taking so long they seemed to make up some lame excuse. What's the point of having a scheduled appointment if you are helped an hour afterwards. Took 2hrs to sign papers.
