My initial consultation with Attorney J. Haskin was DEFINITELY a 5 star experience! He spent approximately 30 minutes(or more) with me on the phone educating me on my rights and the situation I am in,( which he brought up points I hadn't even thought about), He is a great listener, and at the end of our conversation, I felt like someone cared! My take away from our conversation is that Attorney Haskin is VERY knowledgeable about the employment and discrimination law, he cares about his clients and will help you get whats deserved to you!!!

With the excessive stress from my job of 35 years, I was unable to continue working. Applied for Long Term Disability, but the Insurance company did not want to pay what was owed. The John H. Haskin Lawyers were on it and got the job done. The LTD Insurance company saw they were in error, from the presentation of my lawyer team. It is bad enough to suffer with stress and depression, without having to struggle financially just because an insurance company wanted to save money.
