From the day of my first visit with John on December 26, 2018 to the date of the final resolution of my case on December 20, 2019, I received superb legal advise and prompt attention for each detail of my legal needs. Following my initial interaction with John my case was assigned to Keenan D. Wilson. Through countless phone conversations, emails, and visits Keenan proved to be highly skilled, thoroughly competent, extremely kind and patient and, perhaps most important, always available to help me through the entire process. He literally was always there when I called and I can’t thank him enough for his tireless efforts on my behalf. Litigation is never pleasant, and justice and the law are not necessarily synonymous. Having enlightened advocates who will represent your interests and offer wise counsel is the surest way to guarantee that your rights will be protected. Keenan Wilson and his law firm of John H. Update: My husband’s case closed benefiting him. All retro child support was denied, and he gained his visitations with his child. I’m so happy we ran into our lawyer because obviously this place didn’t even want to try to help us. My husband had a “child support” case that was started after 10 YEARS, one whom he wasn’t sure of. I had a former coworker who had talked to me about NATE, when we were consulted we were assigned to TIFFANY. Right then my husband knew she was going to be bias because she’s a woman but I told him to give it a chance. Well little did I know she was bias, very very bias. We explained the case and the ongoing situations for the past years and she kept siding with the other party saying “it doesn’t matter.” Even though he told her he’s not on the birth certificate she said it was his due responsibility since the day of birth of the child. BUT she never explained to us that the court he was being sent to was just child support, and that’s why he couldn’t fight back, not in that court. The lawyer we ended up finding was very knowledgeable and explained throughly to us that first my husband has to change the court type to fight for his rights, get a dna test and then let the judge determine how much retro child support was owed because the other party had never filed for any. Tiffany never explained this process to us she was just very bias to the party because she was a woman, nothing she told my husband brought us any relief, she even told him she suggested him to start saving up, AND she even had the audacity to ask us for our statuses here in the US claiming the judge could “get nasty” and bring that up, little did she know my husbands a citizen and I am a resident so she had nothing else to add there. Not one thing that she said gave us a resolution and she was charging him $2,500, but why would we pay that when she wasn’t doing anything for him to help him? That was $100 of consultation we will never get back!! Thank God we ran into the lawyer we now have and has educated us on the process step by step to get things going smooth, and has done everything he promised from changing the court type and petitioning what’s needed. All this for less of the cost she wanted for doing nothing for him lol.
