Ken Nunn told me over the phone he'd be the only lawyer in the firm to touch this "high potential" case. One week later, it was passed off to the most incompetent man I've ever dealt with professionally. The firm refrained from telling me any bad news until weeks before my settlement. The case lasted over 3 years. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. EDIT: The case had to be passed off to another lawyer in Michigan because Mr. Foushee didn't know what he was doing, and beat around the bush for about a year trying to figure out how to handle the case.

Ken Nunn is the place to go. You dont get a lawyer. You get a team of professionas! They are on top of your case. I was contacted regularly, by staff explaining the process in detail

This isn’t a trustworthy office. They neglected important information on a very serious case, and lied about checking supportive information on a case causing no justice for a very important case.

I had a really good experience working with Vicky Nunn. She listened to me when I was feeling like my voice wasn’t being heard. Very attentive and communicated with me at every step of the way. I have never met her in person which says even more about how genuine she is and caring. Most law offices “Confuse” you with other clients and can’t tell you anything without looking at the file. She answered my emails promptly during all hours of the night. She made sure I was happy with end results, which I was. Would recommend family and friends to work with the Nunn Office. For other reviewers who left negative remarks, I ask that y’all request to communicate with Ken or Vicky themselves. That is what I did and I got great results.

Fell and was injured on a popular tourist attraction’s property. The property owner refused to even speak to me about it and was very short. I reached out to these guys hoping they could help. They initially accepted my case and I thought everything was going well. Unfortunately, they informed me that they would not be able to take my case after all (because of a statute that was overlooked, or perhaps just enacted, not entirely clear). I am only deducting a star because there was a week-long period of me getting this information. I am currently staring in the face of $3,000 worth of dental bills that I should not be paying. They are really nice folks at this office and were speedy in getting my information initially reviewed. I would recommend them if you’re looking for options.
