These guys are scam artists! I had already won the case as the other drivers insurance company accepted fault. If you don't know, you can call and negotiate with the insurance companies without agreeing to a settlement. I was not happy with the settlement amount so I called Ken Nunn. It was a clear cut case, but without any major injuries. It took 8 months for Ken Nunns team to come up with a settlement. (It took me no more than a week) All that time and effort for me to make an extra $1,400. They initially said my case would WIN, due to my dash cam footage of the indecent. But when I said I wanted to take it to court after 8 months, they said I would LOSE the case. Going back on their word, they wouldn't even give me the option to take it to court. They sat on my case for months before doing the exact same thing I did. Make a phone call to the insurance company. I gave them %40 of my settlement for a PHONE CALL! They told me lies, like that the other insurance company would have never paid for my medical expenses, even though I clearly had it in writing that they would. Why would Ken Nunns team lie like that? Well because it's easy money for them. They rely on manipulating their clients into accepting offers instead of taking it to court. Basically a huge waste of time just so they could collect 40% of my settlement. Oh,, and I can't remember the elderly gentleman's name they had initially given me to talk to at their firm.. but he was clearly intoxicated from the amount of words he was slurring during our phone conversation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING THIS LAW FIRM!
