Let me begin by saying my only regret was not contacting the Ken Nunn office the day of the accident, as it would have eliminated several months of stress and anxiety due to dealing with the opposing insurance company. I've never needed to take legal action to settle an auto accident claim prior to this accident and because of this, I was hesitant to take it to this level. Unfortunately the other insurance company left me no choice as they’d admitted fault in the accident and paid the property damage, however they refused to pay the medical bills for injuries I sustained in the accident. They were only interested in getting me to sign a release form for a settlement amount less than a third of the medical bills. After several months of getting nowhere with them, I cannot explain how it felt to hand the claim over to the Ken Nunn office and be told they would handle everything from then on. Due to my lack of knowledge on how this process worked, I had tons of questions throughout the entire process. Without fail, every single question was answered promptly and in terms I would understand. I was guided through the process with respect by the wonderful staff and felt I my case was important to them. They truly listened to what I was looking to achieve with the lawsuit and accomplished my goal. I can’t thank them enough for helping me through this unfortunate situation. If I’m ever in this position again, the first thing I will do is call the Ken Nunn office and have them handle the case from day 1.

The moment I called I knew I had the right firm. The firm helped me get the settlement money for my car reviewed that settlement  and spoke with the insurance company. All at no charge. This as prior to the personal injury settlement. I would receive updates by phone and mail. They are all great I felt like I had all my friends by my side. Love them all. Great job.
