I can not describe in words how much I would NOT recommend Ann. I have never written a google review before, and am simply writing this to (hopefully) give others a chance to find someone else to represent them in ANY legal situation. Also, honestly, I am spiteful and hope I never encounter another “Ann”. I am now having to hire another lawyer to undo what she has done. She was hired by my fathers mentally-ill and ex-communicated ex-wife….to REDO HIS WILL. All of the paperwork Ann drew up states them as HUSBAND AND WIFE, without asking for proof. My father CLEARLY has dimentia. I later learned Ann was doing a favor for friends of the church they all attend. There was already a will of 5+ years put into place. Involving POA’s, Bankers and other attorneys. Who were disgusted to hear of Ann’s practices. Ann brought a long-time-lawyer-friend of my fathers (shout-out David B!) when he had to sign the documents in the hospital while he was incoherent and on heavy drugs. This friend/attorney (who was not with her firm), convinced my mentally-ill father to sign them. I no longer trust lawyers, thanks Ann! PS Prepare to listen to her child scream in the background of any calls!

As a board member of the Vagabond HFR we retained their services against Duke Energy a handful of years back. I don’t received bills with no updates on services and they eventually quit responding altogether. Terrible experience.

I would not use Travis again, as well as I would not recommend him. The whole process was unprofessional. He was pushed around by both attorneys and didn't listen to either Client. He raised his voice and that is totally unacceptable in a law office or a mediation.

I first sent our engagement agreement to Mallor Grodner, arranging for them to help us with our Dad's Indiana estate settlement May 3rd. Since then, each time we email Erica Dobkowski or Nichol Walker, with questions or updates, they always respond very quickly. By May 26th, After taking necessary steps to obtain necessary documents from our Florida Attorney, Erica and her Team delivered to me ,the court orders that I needed to proceed with selling my Dad's Indiana home. Erica and Nichol have always been very professional, efficient, friendly and easy to communicate with. We are very grateful for their assistance handling my Dad's estate.

Travis is the best attorney I have ever used. He is very thorough and understanding. The final outcome was way better than I expected. I would highly recommend him.

Suhre & Associates provided me with attorney Rock Lee, and I was not dissapointed. Rock was a down to earth guy with a level headed approach to law. He was very open as far as availability and almost always returned my calls if he was not able to answer them initially. While in charge of defending me he was super professional in the mitigation process. About 2-4 weeks before my final court date I was informed that Rock was moving on and he was replaced with attorney Dean Bacovin. Dean is a younger guy so for me he was a tad bit more relatable, but don't let that fool you. Dean is far ahead of most of his competition in regards to his practice and actually sweetened the deal for me and turned what was supposed to be 90 days in a county jail into 90 days of home detention/45 days in county jail (we elected for home detention). In short, it does not matter which attorney you decide to go with or are provided with, Suhre & Associates will take great care of you. I am forever grateful for Mr. Lee & Mr. Bacovin for their hard work and diligence in my case. They have given me a 2nd lease on my life it seems. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing proper legal care.

Best lawyer representation hands down.

I think this email speaks for itself, but for context I bought an expensive, new vehicle and traded in a vehicle I had paid off. I paid the dealership to apply for the title, but they applied for it in the wrong state. I corrected them on this issue. Then out of the blue I get an email from their attorney Mike Shanahan who at least has enough insight to recognize he is offensive and confrontational, but not enough control to abstain from bullying or wisdom to compose himself and act professionally. The title is on the way, Mike. Good riddance.
