The people at Craig, Kelley, and Faultless made sure that they made my case a priority to them. No matter how small the case may have been it was big to them. I appreciate the hard work all they put into what they thought was best for me and my family.

I am so happy I hired Krysten LeFavour as my family’s attorney for our personal injury accident. When something like this happens you feel lost, but Krysten and her assistant Amber Wehr helped us answer all of questions, in fact they were very quick to respond to our calls and emails on a personal level. They would call to check on everyone’s status. They provided us comfort, relief & reassurance.

I received most excellent service from Craig, Kelley, and Faultless after I was involved in an automobile accident. The person at fault's insurance paid their full policy amount with no questions asked; the problem was MY OWN insurance company, who refused to pay anything from my 'underinsured motorist' coverage...leaving me with unpaid medical bills. CC&F went to bat for me and won. Their level of personal attention, caring attitude and perseverance made me feel I had a fighting chance against a company I paid premiums to, yet who denied me rightful coverage. CC&F were relentless and wouldn't let me give up hope. It was a long process, but after almost 2.5 years of legalities, in the long run, I prevailed. I will always be grateful for their excellent 'above & beyond' service, from day one to the very end and then some. I very highly recommend Craig, Kelley, and Faultless. Heaven forbid I ever need legal representation in the future, but if I do, CC&F is the first place I'll go.
