Everyone at this office was wonderful to work with for the time needed. Being a college student I moved quite a bit and they made it easy with all the changes in addresses over the time. The time I spent at the office I was made very at home and comfortable.

Daniel L. Quigley is a great lawyer. After I sustained an injury at work that required surgery on my left and right knee, I was told that I would not be able to receive compensation for the left knee from my work's insurance company through workers compensation. This is due to the fact that when I had signed the documents to receive the check for my permanent partial impairment for the right knee, the documents were worded such that the left knee was included as well. I talked to multiple lawyers who said that I was probably out of luck because I had signed off, but after I spoke with Daniel, he said that he would take the case and was sure that he could get me some compensation. Sure enough, after a couple weeks, the insurance company agreed to settle without going to court. I was very happy with the outcome and how quickly he got the case settled!

Highly recommend! He not only helped my son with a quick settlement, he made it very easy and non stressful for us. He personally calls you and stays on top of everything. Refreshing experience in a law firm and his rates were very reasonable. I love his energy and attitude! Very easy to talk to and down to earth. Not a typical Attorney! You won't be disappointed.

Myself and my husband had a 19 year old girl speed up and then turn right in front of us. Just a few days before Christmas. We have been married for 42 years and always had a house full for Christmas with all kinds of food. But this year he nor I could much more the move every breath we took caused us so much pain that I had to have my children pick up pizza for Christmas dinner we were so sore. Because of the way we were hit our air bags did not deploy and we hit hard so hard that I am scared to death to ride in a car now I told my husband I didn't think I would survive if we were ever hit like that again.. We were at the Hospital for 17 days. The insurance lady from the girl that hit us from Progressive and she was a sharpe tongue, rude Devil when she spoke to us on the phone so much so that my husband had told me that he would NOT talk to that women again.. I had shut my phone off while my husband was Hospitalized and the very same day I was driving my husband home she called me again.. My first words to her was Have our medical bills been paid and she said yes that she had been putting everything into a folder. I was so upset and said A Folder and I told her That's it I am calling a Lawyer. I ask around and was giving the name Craig, Kelley and Faultless and I gave them a call. I met with one of the Lawyer's here in Connersville and explained that we were Very upset because none of our medical bills had been paid and we were getting notices to be turned over to a collections. We had full coverage on our car, The girl that hit us had full coverage and we had excellent medical insurance but was told we could not use our medical which meant pay cash or I couldn't be treated.. This happened while I was in physical therapy. I told the Lawyer from Craig, Kelly and Faultless how upset myself and my husband were over these medical bills not being paid. Craig, Kelly and Faultless arranged With our insurance company Blue Cross and Blue Shield to have our medical bills paid by them so that I could continue much needed treatment. And our insurance company would be reimbursed back when everything was over and a settlement had been reached.. We have had a GREAT experience with Craig, Kelly and Faultless. They took care of Everything giving my husband and I time to heal as best I could without the nuisance stress and aggravation of the whole thing.. All our medical bills have been paid in full. Plus they made away to put money in our pockets.. We would recommend Craig, Kelly and Faultless to anybody because they honestly do have your best interest at heart.
