Called Daniel for help gave him my info/situation. Gave him a small detail that he didn't follow up on so in return called me a liar and didn't want to take my case. He didn't even know anything about my injury when he made his decision several hours after calling him. because I don't currently need surgery and his cash payout wouldn't be as great without surgery he didn't want the case.

Daniel Quigley was a real blessing to me, I had an accident four years ago at work and had to have surgery on my foot. The insurance company did pay for the surgery but did not compensate me for lost wages etc...
