Follow up was prompt . Most lawyers do not return calls or follow up . I can not say that about anyone at Craig, Kelley & Faultless. Every question or concern we had they address immediately so very pleased with firm.

I was hurt at work with a permanent injury to my shoulder and was being treated unfairly by the workmans comp insurance and doctor but Dan got me a fair settlement he was great

1st and only experience with attorneys great communication. Did not really like negationator but that's his job. Past around a few attorneys. Wished last attorney more aggressive seemed little passive, I hear my case not that great. I like have appreciated more feed back with my treatment earlier maybe better understanding for myself. Do your homework ask lots of questions.

Specifically Attorney LeFavour was exceptional in helping us to resolve our case. No matter who picked up the phone when I called they were polite, and very professional.
