Everyone I was in contact with from Craig, Kelley & Faultless was extremely pleasant. They were helpful and willing to answer all my questions. They remained in touch with me each step of the way. I have a happy ending to an unpleasant ordeal.

Our whole experience with Craig was a very pleasant atmosphere to work in following my wife's accident. They were very understanding and compassionate with my wife because her accident was very tromatizing. They were also prompt in returning all of our calls and they were firm about all things negotiated. We would recommend Craig,Kelly & Faultless to anyone that needs their firm because of someone's lack of driving ability.
