I cannot thank Nate Leach enough. We would not have our son without him. My wife and I were approached about adopting a child that lived in Indiana but we live out of state on the west coast. We called lawyers in our home state who were discouraging—explaining high costs and focusing on how it wouldn't be possible in a timely manner. Next, we turned to some Indiana lawyers and were again told that it would be too difficult and the cost too high. We talked to Nate and the first conversation we had was positive and encouraging. He knows the adoption laws and he quickly had a plan for how we could adopt this sweet child, that would work for our lives and bank account. He was always available to us whenever we had questions or concerns. He took the time to explain the laws and procedures that we needed to follow. We are incredibly grateful for his hard work in helping us adopt our little miracle.

Mary was quick with my intake, professional, caring, and handled my case with ease. I have already recommended her to a friend, would recommend to anyone.

Avoid this Law Firm completely. These people are a scam.

So I would recommend that you speak with a bankruptcy attorney prior to taking part in this “program”. I was told that I would pay for 48 months into the program and they would use that money to settle my 4 debts. It’s now 4 years later and they have only settled 2 of my debts and they wish to extend my program by another 30 payments. They can do this without my permission apparently, but they can’t send me the clause in my initial contract per Chris. Their supervisor, Chris, would also not even send an email on my behalf to speak with their attorney’s. They will keep all of my $38,000 I have paid into the program while only delivering half of the work they promised.

GM...Nate represented me with my granddaughter's adoption, when I tell you it was the smoothest process I have ever gone thru I was running late and all he was worried about was our safety. I wouldn't have had it any other way! Thank you so much Herrin &Leach you are the greatest.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. The worst CS I have ever experienced in my entire life. You would be better off calling the creditors yourself and working the debit out yourself, they will be willing to work with you (I wasnt aware of this option). Canyon is a sales company preying on people. Once they get you, they completely forget about you. I was in the program for 3 years, and never got one phone call from anyone! I always had to call them. Finally in April of last year, I got the call that they had my last two accounts settled, I accepted and they lady told me I would be on auto-extend to accommodate the payments. I accepted. Fast fwd to December and I haven't heard from anyone, so I called to follow-up and they told the cancelled me back in Nov because no money was being drafted anymore. I asked why I wasn’t informed and they had no answer. Come to find out that the two accounts that were supposed to be settled, never were because they dropped the ball on getting the settlement letter. Now they closed my account and refuse to reopen the account because I have litigated debts (which they caused and didn’t follow through on settling) and basically told me I have to deal with the law firms myself. I tried to escalate multiple times but they do not want to deal with me or their blatant mistake. They have constantly dropped the ball and have caused me a lot of grief. Now, I have to try to deal with these law firms myself. Should have never joined this program and should have dealt with this myself from the beginning. Dont let them do this to you!! Customer Beware!
