Nate is an amazing adoption attorney. We finalized both of our daughter's adoptions (2020, 2022) with the help of Nate and his firm. He was very responsive, very efficient, very accurate, and never too busy for us. We even live out of state, and that posed no issues to working with Nate. He was so great! I would wholeheartedly recommend Nate for any future adoption questions or needs.

Nate handled the adoption of our 14-year-old daughter with professionalism and was always there when we had questions. Our situation was unique, in that the people that adopted our daughter 4 years earlier did not want her anymore. Nate handled everything necessary to dissolve that relationship, worked quickly to help us get the child removed from the home, get legal guardianship, negotiate the subsidy and take us through to the final adoption. Nate's experience really shown through in each situation. We would definitely use him again if the need arose

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was a client for three years, with about one more year to go before being debt free. When I was laid off in August, I rescheduled my September and October payments, and sent a reduced November payment with plans to resume full payments in December as I found a new job. With absolutely no warning, Canyon Legal Group refunded what was left in my escrow account and cancelled my program. They left me high and dry, with no notice and active payment plans to creditors. At no point did customer service warn me if you miss X amount of payments your account gets canceled. I feel completely shafted. WORST. HORRIBLE. CHEATERS. I would have found a way to make a payment in November if they reminded me of that portion of the contract. I had finished paying off the entire service fee Canyon Legal charges you and all their legal fees, but was left high and dry to start over with another company that will charge me thousands of dollars in new services fees and new legal fees - all because Canyon Legal Group didn't care enough to let me know - they were paid their money and instead of empathizing with a customer, they walked away. I am so disappointed, upset, and angry because their customer service is unquestionably the worst I've ever experienced in my life.

At first, I listened to Canyon Legal's plan for me with skepticism; it took a few weeks for me to realize that it was reasonable to move forward with them. I am really grateful to them for assisting me in overcoming my anxiety. We have closed 5 villages and are currently working on the 6th. I am relieved to say that Canyon Legal has been terrific.
