Whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. They are quick to make it seem like they are there to help you with settling your debt. On several occasions they have screwed me over so many times, that I ended up removing all my accounts from the program. The attorneys they hire don’t care and will do the bare minimum. I agreed on a settlement and the attorney never submitted my agreement document to the court, so I ended up having my wages garnished after being in the program for 4 years. Trying to have the refund my service fees was a nightmare, and I never was refunded a single cent. They claim they will refund things, but always deny any request after “management review”. If you want my honest advice, you can do what they do on your own and avoid this scam and headache. Gerard in their escalations department told me he would return my call for over 1.5 months, and I never once received a call. I called every day for one month, and he is always busy or says he’ll call back. Their litigators are useless as well, good luck ever trying to speak to one of them regarding your case settlements. I learned the hard way, and please do yourself a huge favor and avoid this company at all costs. Settle your debt on your own and call each of your credit card companies, they are more than willing to help. Good luck!

Don't be fooled by what you read about this phoney companies success and thanks for what it does. After more than two years of paying a thousand dollars a month for its help.....my wife and I get a court summons on our list of debts given to Canyon Legal. When calling everyday for more than a week and asking for an explanation...........not one person has ever called.......NOT ONE! Had my wife not taken and hand delivered an explanation to the courthouse, we were informed the judgement would have gone against us. So tell me why Canyon Legal is so fantastic! It's a joke! Don't be fooled

Go elsewhere to consolidate. This company is a joke and doesn’t own up to the mistakes they made. Made a lump sum payment and still was charged after being told I wouldn’t be and somehow all of the recording went missing from that particular day.

Nate was very professional and made the process easy to navigate. He was always quick to respond and answer any questions that I might have had. He was able to help with finding an adoption agency for our home study.

This company doesn't care at all about you. They set you up to draft your account to settle your debts, then do absolutely nothing. Three years in and I have had four major incidents where I have had to call multiple times a day to have anyone do anything. They lost legal paperwork, they mismanage your funds, and they do not EVER call you back. I cannot recommend this company to anyone for any reason.
