*Editing the review and lowering the stars to 1.* Since leaving a low review is the only way I can get the law office to communicate with me, I just found out my ex-spouses attorney sent a proposal to my lawyer 2 weeks ago that I had no idea about. The proposal was also sent to them today as a reminder. After leaving the review earlier, the law office called me immediately to apologize on the unresponsiveness and assured me that things would change and they did, for about 2 days...then it was back to the same unresponsiveness. We were supposed to have a hearing with the judge on a recent date but the hearing was rescheduled. Guess when they let me know it was rescheduled? 15 minutes after the meeting started when I messaged them that I'm waiting for the judge to let me in the room. They are disorganized, unresponsive and they do not keep me updated on when things were happening - so much so that the opposing counsel wanted me to pay for their lawyer fees because they haven't received a response on documents that they requested which I gave my lawyers before the due date. This whole process has been disappointing to say the least and it's been a waste of time and money. Original Review This firm was great at the start of the process. They communicated quickly and gave me hope on my case with my ex-spouse withholding my children. However, that quick communication quickly dissolved and now they're unresponsive to my questions and multiple phone calls.. After giving them documents to provide to my ex-spouse's attorney, I've now been hit with having to pay the opposing party's fees because they haven't received them in time when I always submitted them by the due date. I do not recommend using this firm with the experience I've been having.
