I called for assistance to a M/P lawsuit and an unprofessional employee named Jada took my call. I asked questions that she couldn’t answer. I answered a lot of her questions. She didn’t listen to half of the things I said and had to re-ask me all over again. She then was asking for my address when I still wasn’t even sure the attorney was qualified for handling the case I am presenting. When I refused to answer more questions the rep, Jada. Said well we are not able to assist your case, then I became even more upset that you are wasting both our time and already knew you wasn’t taking the case. What terrible customer service! I will keep calling and find an attorney that will be more suitable for our case, save your time!
