Do Not Hire Abby Nealy… I am a disabled mom who was seeking a lawyer for continuing child support for my disabled child…. Abby does NOT listen to her clients who told her I go to court with my ex every 3 years… she refused to file paperwork and insisted on mediation 2 days prior to child support date was done .. of course ex no showed … I went 9 months without child support and then she buckled during a later meeting with ex and his attorney … she is not a lawyer and then she quit … returning very little of my retainer… ridiculous… still thinking I need to file a claim against her with state bar
