Tom is useless in a custody battle. I gave him a stack of papers proving she was unfit. He came to court on two occasions and had not looked at this evidence and was completely unfamiliar with my case after nine months. DO NOT HIRE!!!

I wouldn't recommend her as your lawyer. I went to court to establish parenting guidelines and change support and she was so timid in the court roo.. she hardly said anything on behalf and let the other lawyer use my ex's last 4 years of tax returns to show his income but used my current pay stubs so he was cut alot of slack and payments reduced to nearly nothing. My ex was given more rights then he ever had and she did nothing to try and plead my. Case. I paid the retaining fee and the $750 for her to do nothing.

While they handled my case, they went from being very friendly and professional to being curt and not answering my questions. They became very impersonal and after trying time and time again to make a second appointment over child support I never once received a call back. I even went in person to try to make an appointment. Needless to say, I will not be returning their for any legal matters in the future.
