Amazing from start to the conclusion of the case they did an amazing job. Big Facts

We utilized Lisa to obtain custody of minor children. She was thorough and very responsive to email and phone messages throughout our relationship. Lisa also had great suggestions to help us obtain a positive outcome. Each time that she committed to do something for us (file motions, consult with specialists, etc.), she quickly followed through on them. We are very pleased with Lisa and highly recommend her.

She called me as a witness of character in my friends case. The entire time we were on the phone together she yelled and insulted me. She also was stating that official medical records were opinion and not factual. While on the phone she implied that I spent too much time with my friends and their kids; I live a mile from them and our kids are friends. We frequently have dinner and do things with the children together and she stated that I was too involved to be a good witness. She also wanted to bring up that the other party was not in violation of housing requirements when she herself stated that the other parent was. She has lied on official court documents to sway the judge. She has not been anything if not biased and negligent in her reports.

Hired him before and really didn’t do anything

He got me my 1st modification from prison and we are.going for a 2nd one soon and I have all the faith in the word in dekker. He take the time to answer your questions and he also is very honest and will tell you what to expect. I will hire him for anything I need I. The future! Great attorney!

Hired Tom O'Brien for my husband's lawyer very knowledgeable work clean fast and well very informative. the only thing I would complain about is possibly with keeping in contact but he's a busy man and has lots of clients, does an amazing job and works hard for you he's well known in Lafayette to be a great lawyer! I made the mistake of hiring Brian Dekker to do a Modification of Sentence when l was in prison. The situation was time sensitive and the paperwork had to be filed on time. I had spent over a decade in prison doing everything possible to rehabilitate myself and had been a model inmate. With a new judge in my court, l was very confident about leaving prison more than a year early. But Brian Dekker dropped the ball. He did NOT get the motion filed in time. I ended up doing every day of my sentence and Dekker even refused to refund my money. I should have reported him to the Indiana Bar Association. Perhaps l still can.

Tom O'brien is very disrespectful and doesn't care at all about your case. If you want someone to make things worse for you and and treat every case the same then hire him. He willingly gave custody of my child to my ex who literally had no job or any way to support my son. Extremely rude and treats every case the same. He's only in it for the money so don't let him fool you.
