Do not hire! When initially called, Tom O’Brien was easy to reach and sounded caring and ready to use law to help a family member. Instead, was rude and responded erratically with foul language when asked any questions. After requesting to view body cam evidence for over a month, arrived to office and was screamed at and told would be talking to co-defendent to have statement to be used against client and yelled out confidential client case info right in the lobby. So fired him on the spot because he was working against client and for multiple other reasons. Then when asked to sign official form to fire him he yelled to receptionist, “call the police and get her out of here.” Absolutely worst experience!!! I am retired Air Force Vet of over 20 years and can’t believe his unprofessionalism, character, and untruthfulness. Look at some of the other reviews - it isn’t just a one time issue.

I'd rather hire Pee Wee Herman as my attorney and Ray Charles as his aid them this law firm..Both attorneys screwed me bad...

Doesn't know how to respond to emails. The receptionist is extremely rude and doesn't bother to acknowledge you even called.
