I was a passenger in a car accident and was having a hard time navigating the insurance process to get my medical bills reimbursed. Charlie and Elizabeth were nothing short of incredible. They were so accommodating, responded quickly to any questions I had, and I felt comfortable knowing they were taking care of everything. The settlement received was more than I thought possible and I would highly recommend Vaughan & Vaughan to anyone looking for a personal injury lawyer.

I inquired with Charlie a while ago about some insurance questions. I was never able to touch base or get back in touch due to telemarketers leaving my voicemail box full. Charlie reached out today about a review that was not left by me and we were able to touch base about the accident that I was involved in Charlie was able to get me and put me in the right direction of what I need to do and how to go about doing so. The reason for this review not only did I have a very remarkable enlightening conversation with Charlie. In the midst of this conversation it was brought up that I personally have left a one star review. After going through it looking at all the reviews I do not leave reviews but this is warranted a review because of Charlie‘s actions. The man actually cares. Charlie is genuine in nature. Not like other attorneys/lawyers I have ever spoken with. Long story short the review that was left by me was not me it was spam so I apologized to Charlie for this happening and looked into the matter unfortunately that one star review is actually gone before I could handle it so I am leaving a five star review for him and his firm. I appreciate the time it took for him to reach out talk with me about my situation and point me in the right direction. But I will recommend to anyone that reads this, is a genuine person and would be a pleasure to work with. I know for future reference I will be retaining this firm in the event that I need them.

It was a very good decision for me to choose Vaughan & Vaughan. Now I am very satisfied with all the process and settlement. After the accident, I had a hard time to dealing with the other party's insurance company, they were so mean to me, so I decided to hire a lawyer. I've contacted several lawyers' offices and Vaughan & Vaughan is the friendliest and reassuring me. He said I didn't need to contact the other party any more and I just can focus on my treatment.
